
Many issue dealt with by the use of alcohol.
My post this time to relate what actually is the alcohol? So that we can understand these things better.
Many felt that alcohol is liqueur, but not all alcohol is liqueur.
I will do clarify of alcohol in aspects of science and technology.
Based on the history of wine began as a drink made at 8,000-10,000 years ago (the discovery of accidental fermentation of grains / cereals).
5,000 years ago began planting grapes carried on a large - scale as raw material to produce alcohol.
In the 16th century - the 'chemist' find alcohol as a result of "distillation".

According to rules 361 (1) in Food Regulations 1985 define the likuour Alcoholic beverage containing more than 2% alcohol.
Two types of alcohol is the best:
1. Methyl alcohol (Methanol) or wood alcohol
2.) Ethyl alcohol (Ethanol) or grain alcohol
Methyl alcohol (Methanol) is not used as drinking poison because it is harmful.
While Ethyl Alcohol (Ethanol) is usually used as a mixture in the liquor.
Generally, alcohol is dangerous and poisonous.
It is intoxicating and killing power and damaged body.
Alcohol has many uses including:
1. As liquor / Alcohol / wine-impurity
2. As solvents in Food Materials
Alcohol added to food as preservatives, colors and improve taste pull flavor (alcohol mixture is too little)
For example in the chocolate cake, Mirin, salad dressing and sauce food (italian and japanese)
3. As the solvent (Solvent)
To "extract flavouring chemical" in plants
Cosmetics and medicines
4. As raw materials
To make vinegar
Alcohol is a solvent material which is very good as it can dissolve the oil, compared with water or other materials.
In perfume, alcohol used for the purpose of solvent and as materials that can ensure that the fragrant lasts much longer.
